(More customer reviews)We bought and returned 4 different phone headsets before we finally found the MX500C. We started with one of those bluetooth earpieces with the microphone right next to your ear. The problem with those is that the microphone is too far from the mouth to pick up your voice without also picking up all the annoying background noise. It also cuts in and out all the time. Most people only care what their earpiece sounds in their own ear, but nobody tells them that they sound terrible on the other end. The MX500C is great because the microphone comes down right by your mouth. It has a wind screen to cut down on wind or A/C noise in your car. It fits on different sized ears and is very comfortable to wear. The only drawback is that it's not wireless, we can sacrifice having a wire for comfort and sound quality.

(More customer reviews)These are the best lightweight headphones I've found for running or working in the yard. However, they've jacked the price up a full eight dollars since the last set I ordered less than three months ago. Now I'm about to buy my fourth set in two years, because once again, the connection between the headphone and the jack has gone out in one channel. With the overly lengthy cord that dangles behind your back, it's very easy for it to accidentally hook on something as you pass by and yank it, at which point it apparently severs a wire and renders them useless (and I've had no luck repairing them). Extremely irritating, so be careful to tuck the extra cord away in a pocket or somewhere. Update April 30, 2009: My fourth pair broke today; no pull or yank, the left channel just suddenly stopped working. Ridiculous -- never again.

Nike HJ020 Flight Sport headphones Review

- do no fall out of your ears while you are running
- have decent sound while exercising
- do not close out all other sounds so still can hear cars, etc
- are lightweight
- cord comes out of neckband which is good if you clip iPod on back of shorts like me
- took a little getting use to at first because they do not seem secure, but they are, they have never come out of place
- the rubber gasket over the earbud came off about 6 months later, I bought 2 replacement pair in case it happened again or they discontinued this style
I have tried all the Sony earbuds, Philips, and some other in my headphone graveyard in my drawer. A lot of wasted money.
They work great for me. I use them excusively for running. Its the best solution I have found. I wear other types for other activities and would not use them for listening to my iPod leisurely.
