PC Computer Headset Headphone Microphone For Skype MSN Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This headset has very bad sound quality. Even when I turned volume to a maximum, I could still barely hear it.The earloop keeps coming out and it is uncomfortable to wear.
I would not recommend it, waste of money.

Ge 26695 Voip In-Ear Headset With Inline Microphone Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Due to a new job which takes me overseas frequently, I have to use VOIP to call back home (or be charged ridiculous hotel telephone fees). My laptop's internal mic and speakers work poorly with Skype, and I needed a highly portable "headset".
The sound quality for both the mic and the headphones are excellent, and feel just like my seinheiser headphones that I use for my ipod. Also the price point is very fair. I also use the headset to watch movies on my laptop.
Great buy.

Update: After 2 months of use, I would have to drop this down to 1 star. The microphone keeps kicking out. Don't bother with this.

Emerge Technologies Retractable Earbud with In-Line Mic for VOIP Calling Computer Headset with Microphone (ETAUDIOVOIP) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I searched long and hard for a wired headset w/mic to use with VOIP on my netbook. The device had to be super-compact with easily stowable cords and had to work decently. My purpose for having this device is as a substitute for when my Jabra Bluetooth headset is not charged or other-wise unusable. This device fills the bill in most respects. The two shortcomings are 1)poorly fitting earpiece 2)inconsistant cord-length lock mechanism. The cord-length lock is getting better over time and I was able to fix the ear fit problem by replacing the provided ear-gel with a spare Jabra ear-gel. Much better! Sound quality (sending & receiving) is not stellar but is acceptable.
