(More customer reviews)I'm a freelance interpreter who does occasional telephonic interpreting. I ordered this to replace my single headphone on my Plantronics T10 so that I would be able to fully hear with both ears. It is adjustible and the earphones work great, the sound quality is really clear. Unfortunately, so is my own breath, pen scratches, paper flipping, and even the dog's nails clicking on the wood floor in the next room. The microphone is not noise-cancelling as advertised. In fact it is very sensitive. This renders them useless in my line of work. I contacted the seller immediately, who promised me an RMA and either an exchange or a refund, but have yet to hear from them again. Hopefully they will respond soon, and maybe then I'll update my review.
