(More customer reviews)I loved the first pair of Phillips SHL9500 I bought at the mall; used them for two years to great satisfaction until I got the cord caught and ripped out. I went to Amazon to get a new pair and they had an upgraded version of the same product, SHL9500/28, so I ordered it. It absolutely does not fit and feel the same. It's made for a broader, blockier head the the first set and don't tighthen up to my ears. The ear pads on the first set were like soft kid leather and very comfortable. These are like vinyl, in look and feel. I'm very disappointed in the fit and comfort level, although the sound is comparable or possibly even better.
