(More customer reviews)Great phones for the first couple weeks. Sound great. VERY comfortable. I can not stand the basic earbud style phones but these are great to wear. HOWEVER, after a relatively short time they will simply fade to minimal sound. Two different sets. Same issue. It's not coincedence. There is a design/quality issue here. I sent the first set back to Sony and have not heard back. Buy something else. I know I will. Sony duped me twice already.
