I had doubts buying these headphones since one there was hardly any information about them and two the clip to earlobe design give me the impression i might see the hospital again. But i was surprised about these headphones from comfort to sound to the overall package. I been using Sony headphones for a quite and i been overall satisfied but i wanted more. I used to had Bose headphones but i was disappointed that they had no noise canceling feature especially for a $100 price point. After finally buying these i change my thought for all headphones and there quality.
Sound
The sound of these headphones are very good,i compare these headphones with past Sony, Bose, Philips and Vmods. I must say the sound is rich and beautiful and it has a nice amount of bass that doesn't go out of control like the V mods. As for comparing to Bose its pretty on par with it which left me shocked a bit for how much these cost. Overall your looking at some good sound, don't expect it to triumph headphones like S4 and other expensive headphones but these Sony's will knock out some good headphones out of the market.(Its recommended to get the best quality of you music since i had to update my music quality because the sound was good but you can hear that the music sounded a bit outdated)
Design
The design of these headphone surprised me the most the earlobe clips actually feels comfortable. They clip on nicely and are made with a nice soft feel. As for riping your ear lobes idea they don't i usually have friends taking my headphones away since i ignore them and they don't damage your earlobe at all. The earbuds feel soft and comfortable and the design is meant to go in your ear. The earbuds are position on a angled view with a rotating socket. But you won't have any issues with these headphones if you don't want to use the clip the in earbuds are actually stick in so you don't have to worry about the earrings. The wire is strong but doesn't feature the tangle less feature like its $30 over the ears PIIQ brother but the wire is actually good. The good thing is that they come in different colors which i hope they expand since its a bit limited to certain colors. All i can say is that the design is well done and they feel like one of the most comfortable headphones out on the market.(They do come with 3 adjustable earbuds from small, medium and large each with there respectable color in the interior.)
Sound Cancelling
Ok these are the best earbuds with sound canceling feature at this price point. I was surprised to be honest i have used sound cancelling headphones before but it always reduce the sound quality somehow. But these were actually good. It may not compete with the expensive triple numbered headphones but they sure kicked a lot sound cancelling headphones especially Sony's over the ear pairs that cost $50.(These are overall good feature and will be surprised by the quality.
I definitely recommend these headphones for its overall quality and how good it actually is. I chose these instead of the $30 over the ear PIIQ because i love earbuds but if in the market for over the ears in recommend the over the ear PIIQs by Sony.
