(More customer reviews)I previously owned the Jabra BT500, and this BT2020 doesn't come close. This earpiece is smaller, which is a plus the buttons are harder to push, the volume is hard to adjust and the clarity is for the birds! I spend most conversations saying,"Huh,what, Can u repeat that?" When it does half way work it does ok, but the bad just out ways the good. I purchased one for my boyfriend and he can't stand it either. I would not reccommend this product try the BT500 it's a lot more RELIABLE!
