(More customer reviews)I purchased these headphones for a couple of reasons, namely the volume control and cable management. I have several devices that have great ear buds, but either the cable is too long and it gets caught on knobs and other objects, or they don't have an in-line volume control. Both of these features are nice to have. The volume control knob does seem cheaply made, but it works well and has quite a large range. The clip on the in-line volume control is a nice added plus, which also helps with cable management. The headphones fit nicely in my ears, and there are two additional ear tips included. Surprisingly, these earphones have a nice bass sound to them as well. The only negative is that the plug is not gold-plated, as indicated in the item description. While these may not overly impress the audiophile, these earphones offer a lot of pluses and are a great deal for the price.
